We are pleased to announce the 4th CINCH-dggo Academy in Health Economics, which will take place from August 30 to September 4, 2026, at the University of Duisburg-Essen.

This year’s academy focuses on causal methods in policy analysis and the economics of health insurance. The program brings together junior researchers and leading scholars for a week of lectures, research presentations, and interactive sessions. Confirmed lecturers include Andrew Goodman-Bacon and Sayeh Nikpay.

The academy is jointly organised by CINCH and the German Society for Health Economics (dggoe) and offers a unique platform for early-career researchers to engage with cutting-edge research and receive feedback on their work.

Applications are open to PhD students and early-career postdocs. The submission deadline is May 29, 2026.
